PhD from the University of Lleida (UdL). Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science from INEFC Lleida.
At the end of the Bachelor’s Degree, he has joined the biomechanics laboratory of the INEFC Lleida as a pre-doctoral researcher AGAUR FI. During this period, he completed his doctoral thesis, consisting on a meta-analysis of the effects of contrasts method on muscle performance.
He investigates in collaboration with INEFC teachers and by directing final master’s projects of both INEFC and the UB.
He has worked as a Sport Science lecturer in the subjects of Biomechanics, Training Theory, Planning and Assessment of sports training and in the speciality of athletics in INEFC Lleida. Also as a postgraduate teacher in the Master’s Degree in Physical Activity and Health (MAFyS) and in the Master’s Degree in Sports Performance: Technification and High Level (RETAN) of INEFC Barcelona.
After his doctoral thesis, he started in the professional world of fitness as a personal trainer and fitness coach. He currently combines teaching with the coordination of the area of fitness and personal training at Trevol Lleida.
